What we showed the jury
We walked into INCUB4TE Stage 2 with a single sentence: identity is engineerable. Then we walked the jury through the only architecture we believe can prove it — VR avatar embodiment grounded in 19 years of Proteus Effect literature, layered with autonomic biometrics, wrapped in an AI generation pipeline that lets us personalize every scenario without a studio budget.
The room had seen plenty of "VR training" pitches before. What they had not seen was a protocol with a measurement instrument — the Proteus Transformation Index (PTI) — built from HRV, GSR and behavioral telemetry. The pitch landed because the measurement landed. Subjective coaching is hard to defend in front of a CFO. A biometric delta is not.
What we are doing next
We won the competition. We have not yet shipped a single Transformation Program at full scope. In the next 90 days we are:
- Incorporating MindShift sp. z o.o. in Katowice, with a founder vesting agreement built for the long game
- Procuring biometric hardware — GSR + HR sensors to pair with the Quest 3 rigs we already own
- Closing the protocol — formalizing the 12-session arc, consent workflows, and the EU AI Act compliance package
- Running pilot sessions with the first three Discovery participants from our network, in exchange for full PTI data rights and one written referral
This is the period where founders are tempted to chase noise. We are deliberately ignoring it. The protocol either produces a measurable PTI delta on real participants or it does not, and that is the only signal that matters right now.
What we want from readers
We will publish the methodology, the early data, and the lessons as they come in. If you are a leader curious about being measured — not soothed — the waitlist is the door. We are not running a marketing funnel. We are looking for participants who will help us prove or falsify the cumulative Proteus hypothesis.
Either way, the work is now public.
