Plain-language terms for using mindshift.cognitra.pl.

MindShift is operated under the Cognitra studio brand. These terms cover the public website and the waitlist form. Program contracts are governed separately.

1. Who provides this site

This website is published under the Cognitrastudio brand. Cognitra is currently operated as an unincorporated technology studio by Eryk Czekalski (Katowice, Poland). MindShift™ is a product and brand of Cognitra. References to “we” or “us” mean the Cognitra studio acting through its responsible operator.

2. What this site is for

The site exists to describe the MindShift identity engineering protocol, share research notes, and collect inbound interest via the waitlist. It is informational and does not in itself create any contractual obligation to deliver a program.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to attack, scrape at high volume, or interfere with the service.
  • Do not submit false information through the waitlist form.
  • Do not copy substantial portions of our research or blog content without permission. Quoting with attribution is welcome.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, illustrations, code, biometric visualizations, the MindShift Loop protocol, and the PTI methodology — is © Cognitra unless explicitly stated otherwise. The MindShift name and logo are used as the Cognitra brand for this product line.

5. Waitlist submissions

Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee enrollment in a program. Cognitra reserves the right to decline any inquiry without giving a reason. Personal data from the form is handled per our privacy notice.

6. Third-party links

Where this site links to external sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, scientific publications) we are not responsible for their content. Visit them at your own discretion.

7. No warranty for informational content

Research summaries on this site are provided in good faith. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice. The MindShift program itself involves a separate informed-consent process.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Polish and EU law, the operator's liability for use of this public website is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are subject to the competent Polish courts at the seat of the operator (Katowice).

10. Changes

We can update these terms. Material changes are reflected by the “Updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

11. Contact

Email cognitra.adm@gmail.com or call +48 737 893 094 with any question about these terms.
