What We Do · 03

We engineer identity. That is the whole company.

Everything else — the VR, the biometrics, the AI, the protocol, the price point — is a consequence of that single decision. This page tells you exactly what that means and what it does not mean.

Identity vs Everything Else

Four things we deliberately are not.

01

We are not coaches.

Coaching changes what you know about yourself. It is conversational, subjective, and beholden to the coach's intuition. MindShift sessions are protocol-driven, biometric, and repeatable across operators.

02

We are not a training platform.

Training transfers skills. We don't transfer skills. We change the identity that the skills run on. A confident decision-maker and an anxious one with the same skills produce different companies.

03

We are not a VR studio.

VR is the delivery mechanism, not the product. The product is the closed loop: avatar → biometrics → AI scenario → PTI delta → integration. The VR is a means to an end.

04

We are a category creator.

Identity Engineering does not exist yet. We are defining it. Strivr, Mursion and VirtualSpeech are in 'VR training'. ICF coaches are in 'executive coaching'. We are somewhere new — and we want it that way.

Operating Principles

Four commitments we don't negotiate.

01

Evidence over story.

If we can't measure it, we won't claim it. Every session produces a PTI delta. Every program produces a written report. Every claim on this site has a citation.

02

Founder access.

For the foreseeable future, every program involves a founder. There is no sales tier. There is no implementation team. You meet Eryk or Michał and you keep meeting them.

03

Privacy as architecture.

We chose local-first not because it's trendy but because biometric data is the most intimate signal a leader can produce. GDPR and EU AI Act compliance is the floor.

04

Build the moat by building the Atlas.

Every session adds data points to the Leadership Transformation Atlas. After 500 sessions, our personalization engine is reproducible by no one. The moat is the data.

The Horizon

A 15-year arc from session 01 to infrastructure.

H1

2026–2027 — Spark

First sessions. First PTI cohort. Pre-seed close. Patent filing on the MindShift Loop protocol. Three Transformation Programs delivered end-to-end.

H2

2028–2029 — Category

Identity Engineering becomes a vocabulary in L&D circles. Enterprise contracts replace one-off programs. The Atlas crosses critical mass for personalization.

H3

2030–2036 — Platform

Move from human-facilitated to self-serve hardware-as-a-service. Cohorts of 20+. Multiple cities. The PTI becomes a benchmark referenced by HR research bodies.

H4

2037+ — Infrastructure

Identity engineering becomes available beyond executives — for anyone who chooses to redesign themselves. The infrastructure for conscious self-transformation.

Where We Operate

Headquartered in Katowice. Built for global leadership.

MindShift is built and owned by Cognitra sp. z o.o., a Polish technology studio based in Katowice. The protocol is language- and culture-portable. The first cohorts run across Polish and English. EU expansion through year two. Direct-to-consumer comes when the Atlas is mature enough to personalize without a researcher in the room.

Cognitra · Studio

MindShift is a Cognitra product.

Cognitra is the Polish technology studio that operates MindShift. Cognitra also builds automation, applications and websites for clients. MindShift started inside Cognitra as an internal moonshot and graduated when it won the INCUB4TE Stage 2 program — beating the field with a category-creating thesis backed by hardware, protocol and original research. All intellectual property — the MindShift Loop protocol, the PTI, the Atlas — is owned by the Cognitra founders.

Cognitra trades today as an unincorporated studio. The legal entity (Cognitra sp. z o.o.) will be registered when revenue justifies it. Until then, all operations run under personal responsibility of co-founder Eryk Czekalski · cognitra.adm@gmail.com.

Two minutes on the waitlist gets you a founder call. We say no to many fits. We say yes to operators who want to be measured.
